We strive to keep product information accurate and up to date. However, specifications, pricing, and availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we’ll notify you promptly and issue a refund or offer an alternative.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Shopify or our trusted third-party providers. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders in the event of incorrect information being displayed due to typographical or technical errors.
4. Custom Orders
Custom orders, including special builds, paint options, or personalized configurations, require a 50% deposit at the time of order. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or pickup. All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
5. Promotional Sales
Items purchased through promotional offers, clearance, or special pricing events are final sale and non-returnable unless otherwise stated.
6. Shipping
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. Delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
7. Returns & Refunds

Products sold by Category One Cycles may include manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. We assist customers with claim guidance but do not determine warranty coverage outcomes.
