At Category One Cycles, every product we sell is chosen for quality and performance. We stand behind what we offer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

  • We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Custom Orders & Promotional Sales

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS are accepted on custom orders, special builds, or promotional offer sales. This includes any bike, frame, or component configured or ordered specifically to your specifications. All such orders are considered final sale.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our team at info@categoryonecycles.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided.

Condition Policy

Items returned showing signs of use, installation, or wear will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and may be returned to you at your expense.
