• Next Day Air - UPS Next Day Air service provides guaranteed delivery by the end of next business day to all 50 states. Some shipments to remote locations, Hawaii, or Alaska may require additional transit time.

With this service you receive door-to-door, customs-cleared service, which means that customs clearance and brokerage fees are covered in the cost of the shipping. Duties and Foreign taxes will be billed to the customer.

• Worldwide Express – We offer UPS Worldwide Express as a faster shipping option. This guarantees delivery by 10:30 AM or 12:00 noon. Next business day to Canada; Second business day to business centers in Europe and Latin America; and Delivery typically within two or three business days to Asia. With this service you receive door-to-door, customs-cleared service, which means that customs clearance and brokerage fees are covered in the cost of the shipping. Duties and Foreign taxes will be billed to the customer.

• Worldwide Saver – We offer UPS Worldwide Saver as quicker shipping option. This guarantees delivery by end of day. Next business day to Canada; Second business day to business centers in Europe and Latin America; and Delivery typically within two or three business days to Asia. Delivery typically within two business days to Canada; Delivery typically within three business days to Mexico; Delivery typically within three to four business days to major destinations in Europe; and Delivery typically within four to five business days to major destinations in Asia and Central and South America. With this service you receive door-to-door, customs-cleared service, which means that customs clearance and brokerage fees are covered in the cost of the shipping. Further Considerations for International shipping:

• All orders over $500.00 (US) require bank verification. There may be a delay in shipping based on the time it takes for transactions to be verified.
• If you or Customs refuses your shipment, we will refund you for the refused items; however, you will be responsible for all shipping charges including the return shipping.
• Due to the increasing strictness of international customs concerning foods, drink mixes, and nutritional supplements and the resulting refusal of packages at the border, CategoryOneCycles.com will not ship these items Internationally. We are sorry for any inconvenience this creates. If you add these items to your shopping cart, they will be removed before the order is shipped and you will not be charged. CategoryOneCycles.com gladly ships to APO/FPO addresses for members of the armed services. Please note in the comments section of your order that you require the order to be shipped to an APO/FPO address. Please be aware that the shipping rates shown during checkout are for reference only and that further costs may need to be added to insure the value of the items you have ordered.

Further Considerations for APO/FPO shipping:

• Packages may not exceed 70 lbs. (Some APO/FPO addresses have lower limits)
• Packages may not exceed 130 inches in combined length and girth.
• All packages must be sent via the U.S. Postal System.
• There are no shipping timeline guarantees for APO/FPO orders.
• Furthermore, CategoryOneCycles.com is not liable for orders not received when shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Once an item is received into the Military Post Office (MPO) there is no way for CategoryOneCycles.com to track the item and all claims become the responsibility of the customer and the MPO. If you ultimately do not receive your order, please contact us and we will track if the package actually got to the MPO. If it did not, then a claim can be filed with the USPS.
• Because of the increased load on the Military Post Office system at the holiday season, orders may be delayed significantly. It is recommended that you choose other methods for receiving your order if possible.
