In addition to our normal policies (see the site for more details), orders outside of the United States have the following considerations:
- Due to the increasing strictness of international customs concerning foods, drink mixes, and nutritional supplements and the resulting refusal of packages at the border, Category One Cycles will not ship these items internationally.
- The customer is responsible for paying all customs, brokerage fees, import fees, or taxes associated with receiving the order.
- If for any reason items are returned to Category One Cycles, the customer is responsible for all fees, taxes, and shipping charges associated with the return.
Although we have some limitations in our credit card verification system, Canadian credit cards are accepted in the normal checkout process.
For orders outside of the United States and Canada, please note the following process:
- Orders must total $400 USD or more before shipping.
- Any additional Bank Fees will be applied as necessary
- Orders are placed on the website as normal, but the system will not ask you for any credit card information. The shipping costs at this time are only an estimate and may be lower or higher.
- Payment must be completed via a wire transfer in U.S. Dollars.
- Once an order has been placed the customer will receive an email, with a confirmation of final shipping costs, order total, and wire transfer instructions.
- Orders will be shipped when payment has been received.
