• CategoryOneCycles.com Gift Certificates are sent via email.
• Please be sure that the address you specify for the recipient is accurate.
• The gift certificate codes that are emailed out are unique and can only be used once.
• Gift Certificate orders will be held for a minimum of 24 hours before being sent out.
• Any and all change requests must be made within this 24 hour period. Once a gift certificate email is sent, CategoryOneCycles.com has no control over the handling or use of that gift certificate code and does not assume any liability for lost or misused gift certificate codes

When a gift certificate is redeemed, it is applied to your gift certificate account balance. This balance is stored in your CategoryOneCycles.com account and is available for you to make purchases at any time. You may also send any portion of your balance as a gift certificate to another person.

Using my Gift Certificate account balance

The total in your gift certificate account balance is the same as money (in US dollars). To use this balance for an order you need to check the "Use my gift certificate account balance towards this order" check box. This will apply some or all of your balance to the order depending on the total of your order. The system requires you to enter a credit card to cover the difference between the gift certificate account balance and the order total. If you have enough to cover the full total in your gift certificate account balance then your credit card will not be charged.

Usage notes

• Gift Certificate account balances are only available to the CategoryOneCycles.com account holder.
• Please be sure to keep your password and access to your account private, as any usage of gift certificate account balances (applied to orders or sent to others) is final.
• Any items purchased with gift certificates may be returned or exchanged as per our Returns and Exchanges policy. Refunds will be given back to you as a gift certificate.
